6-Month Limited Warranty
Your product is covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the motor and internal electrical components only. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, overheating caused by improper use, water/liquid damage to electrical components, unauthorized repair or modification, use with incompatible chargers/adapters, power-surge damage, normal wear and tear, or consumable accessories.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase/order details. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product for inspection.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide repair or replacement, as applicable. Replacement shipping will be covered by us.
Warranty does not guarantee replacement for every product failure; eligibility is determined based on inspection and the above warranty terms.
Terms & Conditions Apply.
One important point: don't use the warranty wording as a pretext to reject genuine claims. If the product fails after a month, inspect it and apply these stated conditions consistently. That protects you much better than trying to classify normal warranty claims as “overuse.”
